Solid red light after firmware upgrade and the indicator won't flash

Recover the LaView F1 camera when it shows a solid red light after a firmware upgrade and the indicator never flashes.

  1. Unplug the power adapter, wait for 1-2 min then plug it back in, wait for 1 min, and see if the indicator light will be flashing.
  2. Hold the reset button for 6 seconds and see if the indicator light is flashing quickly and see if you can hear 3 prompt sounds.
  3. If the above 2 methods do not help, please contact our agent and tell us if you have an SD card, then we could send you a troubleshoot method.
