How to contact the support team?

Three ways to reach the LaView support team — by email, through the LaView app, or by phone.

There are three ways to contact the LaView support team.

Steps

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Contact our agents via the LaView app. Open the LaView app, click the bottom right button Me, click Live Chat, choose Submit a ticket, and select Other Problems, then mention your order number and questions there, and we will handle this for you.
  3. Phone number. You can open LaView, click the bottom Contact, and you will see the phone number.
